Refund & Replacement

We only offer replacements for books that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective book, you have 2-3 days after receiving it to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:
- The book must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a recorded video as proof of the package without opening it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item (if applicable) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
