1.2. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3. SangeetmayChinmay reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Products

2.1. We currently offer two books for sale: Bhartiya Shastriya Sangeet Part-1 and Indian Classical Music Part 1.
2.2. All descriptions of books are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
2.3. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our books. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Orders can be placed through our website by following the checkout process.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3.3. Payments can be made via PhonePe Payment Gateway.
3.4. Prices for our books are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Rupee.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping currently in India.
4.2. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination.
4.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SangeetmayChinmay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns 

5.1. If the product is defective, you may return the book(s) within 2-4 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

5.2. To be eligible for a return, the book(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.

5.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

The product can only be exchanged if it is received in defective condition. You must record a short video clip as proof showing that the product you received is defective. You must file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the defective product.
